Our Return Policy

If you have not received a defective item and wish to return an item for any other reason, then our General Return Policy and Procedures apply. If you have received a defective item, please refer to our Warranty & Refund Policies.

You may return any un-used and un-opened products within 90 days from the original date of purchase for an exchange or full product refund (less any shipping charges paid) and in accordance with the General Return Policy stated below. Any shipping charges paid are non-refundable unless it is an evident mistake made by InkCloners.com. Please note that we DO NOT CHARGE A RESTOCK FEE for items returned for an exchange or refund within 90-days of original order date.

General Return Policies and Procedures

  • MUST be within 90-Days of the original date of purchase to be eligible for exchange or refund. There will be no exceptions to this.
  • Items must be in original box, un-used and un-opened, no exceptions.
  • You must obtain an RMA# by visiting the RMA page of our website and filling out the form or you can log on to your account and fill out an RMA form there. If you prefer, you can also call us for an RMA# at 1-866-274-2821.
  • Once an RMA is issued, return the item together with its original packaging and RMA form to InkCloners.com. Return address is:

  • The product being returned must be received by InkCloners.com before before an exchange or refund is given.
  • InkCloners.com is not responsible for lost or un-received products.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping charges for exchanged items are responsibility of the customer.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our warehouse. Please note that if you are choosing to receive a refund, it may take your credit card company some time to credit the refund to your account once we submit the data to them, but we do all we can to expedite the process on our end.
  • Adjustment to money due to customer or to InkCloners.com will be made accordingly when processing exchanges.
  • InkCloners.com will issue exchanges or refunds only when conditions outlined above are met.

MODIFICATIONS

InkCloners.com may modify, suspend or discontinue any Warranty Program or Return Policy at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice.
