Printer and POS Ribbons: OMRON: OMRON RS 25-31

Hi Jim, thank you for returning my call earlier today. I was able to get around the "no original ink" message and can now successfully print with the black cartridge. Thanks again for your help and I will continue to do business with your company in the future. I mailed the other #34 cartridge back today so you should be receiving it shortly. I have been very satisfied with the level of customer service inkcloners provides.

Thanks for the prompt assistance, and your excellent "detective work"...(that I really should have done myself!) in "tracking" down my package. Anyhow, I have already installed the first set of cartridges, and they work excellent. I will pass the word that your product is superb. Thanks again.
