Hi Jim, thank you for returning my call earlier today. I was able to get around the "no original ink" message and can now successfully print with the black cartridge. Thanks again for your help and I will continue to do business with your company in the future. I mailed the other #34 cartridge back today so you should be receiving it shortly. Thanks for the prompt assistance, and your excellent "detective work"...(that I really should have done myself!) in "tracking" down my package.
