The M175nw is geared towards small and medium companies, because of its scaled-down dimensions along with multifunctional features causing it to be a “smart strategic investment”, reported by HP.

The printer’s functionality consist of the OEM’s Auto-Off and Instant-On technologies, which permit for economical boot-ups and auto-switch offs whenever the printer isn’t being used. Additionally, it offers wireless connections, which is one of the first handful of computer printers incorporating compatibility with HP’s ePrint software system, that enables consumers to print from cellular devices to the company’s printers from any location.

Canon PIXMA MX410

This is a first look for the Canon PIXMA MX410 all in one inkjet printer. It has dual bay printer cartridges which definitely limit its functionality as a snapshot photo printer. But if all you are looking to buy is a cheap $100 computer printer to print out everyday documents, the MX410 is an excellent buy. It has a streamline design with a series of paper draws and trays that fold out of the front and go flush into the body when you are not using them.
On the front there a few hot keys for copy, fax and scan as well as a backlit power button plus a few blinking lights to tell you when you need ink. For all other messages and warning displays, there is only a 2 line dot matrix display in the middle of the control panel. On top, there is an auto 30 page document feeder, not normally found, in printers in this price range so you can copy or fax. There is also a standard scanner bay below the auto feeder on top that let you save images directly to a USB key, which is directly below next to the output tray.
The included CD walks you through the installation procedures and shows you how to setup WiFi printing. The CD also contains some pretty nifty movie software which lets you pull still snapshots out of videos. Overall, it’s an economical printer for everyday use other than heavy photo printing use. The Canon PIXMA MX410 takes our compatible CL-211 color and PG-210 black.

Xerox Phaser 8860MFP Printer

Xerox Phaser 8860MFP printerIf you have about $2300 and your business prints a lot in color, then the Xerox Phaser 8860 solid ink printer is for you.  Any smart business owner knows that one of the things that need to be controlled in a business is the operating costs.  With the Xerox 8860 Phaser, the color ink costs about 3 cents a page and the black about 1.5 cents.

Ink sticks are a non-toxic resin-based color wax block, similar to a crayon.  The ink will not stain your clothes or your skin unlike toner and inkjet cartridges.  In addition, it is environmentally friendly by having no waste or plastic toner cartridges to dispose of while taking up only about ¼ of the space in your office supplies storage area than a box of toner.  Ink is instantly fused onto the paperusing heat and pressure, which is why solid ink produces such great image quality on any kind of media. Toner and inkjet ink soak into the paper, so the image is dependent upon the type of paper used.

The 8860’s rated print speed is 30 pages per minute (ppm) for both monochrome and color at its top speed, and 16 ppm for both in default (enhanced) mode. It is equipped with a standard 525-sheet drawer, a 100-sheet multipurpose tray, and a duplexer. As an option, for $400 each, you can also add two more 525-sheet drawers raising the maximum paper capacity to 1,675 pages.  If you are having problems with this printer and need a Xerox Phaser 8860 service manual, you can download it.

InkCloners.com also has compatible Xerox phaser ink for the following popular printers:
